Adi Health+Wellness has recently launched a Simulation Journal in joint ownership with the Society for Healthcare Simulation (SHS, India). The Journal’s vision is to be the foremost purveyor of simulation methods,best practices and technologies, based on the latest advancements in science. It is focused on the use of Simulation and innovative Technology as an educational method or intervention for professionals in all areas of healthcare education, workforce development and quality of care. This Simulation Journal will be a platform for scientific and healthcare community to share pioneering ideas, thoughts, concepts and practices in a digital Journal format, and will publish four issues per year with a world-class editorial board.

The Journal will be led by an Editor-in-Chief and a team of globally renowned senior Associate Editors on the Editorial Board, and supported by multidisciplinary team of global experts on its Operating Board.

Adi Health+Wellness is seeking an Editor-in-Chief for the Simulation Journal. The prospective Editor-in-Chief should be a visionary professional who can lay the foundation and shape the Journal as a powerful and impactful digital platform that offers the most relevant, incisive and insightful content, that will be invaluable to a global audience of Clinicians, Researchers, Academia, Students and Industry in Healthcare Simulation and Technology.

The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher, practitioner and academician who is a Thought Leader respected by fellow professionals. The Journal’s prospective Editor-in-Chief should bring demonstrable editorial experience and a strong vision for the Journal. Reporting to the Journal’s Management Board and assisted by Journal’s Operating Board, the Editor-in-Chief will lead the Editorial Board, while actively promoting and strengthening the Journal and upholding the highest ethical standards of research and publication practice.

How to apply
Prospective candidates must send a current CV and a covering letter outlining their interest in the Journal. Covering letter must outline their vision for future of the Journal, their intent to achieve that vision (over the duration of term in office, i.e., 2 years), approaches to increase readership, impact and output, and their plan to maintain accuracy and fairness of review process, as well as their esteemed suitability for the role of Editor-in-Chief. Please ensure this reaches selection board by Friday, 5 February 2021.
