Theme: Tot – Training The Simulation Trainers

CONFERENCE SUMMARY: The 1^st National Conference Simulcon India took place At Rajahmundry on 12^th -15th Dec 2019. The Venue was Smart lab. 

The Conference objectives were,At the end of this session , the participants
1) Describe the educational modality known as simulation
2) Explain how the underpinning educational theory informs the educational process of simulation
3) Articulate how simulation can be applied to clinical medicine to teach and improve patient care
4) Use a recognised model for providing feedback to participants in simulation
5) Develop and script simulation scenarios for use in the delegates’ own educational practice
